The Pura 36002018 Replacement UV Lamp #20 is the center of the Addon-3, UV20 and UVBB systems.  These systems can disinfect up to 3 gallons per minute.  Using pre-filtration is effectively and helps maintain optimal water quality. It’s important to replace your quartz sleeve if damaged or if it can’t be cleaned by the usual non-abrasive way.

You should replace your Pura UV Addon-3 UV20 Series and UVBB Series Lamp every year. It’s important to change them out to help you get the consistent water quality that you need.  UV lamps rarely burn out, however they will lose their ultraviolet effectiveness, which is their disinfection power, within a year.
